TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE WEB SERVICE

§1

General

  1. These Terms and Conditions (T&C) set rules of providing service in frames of African Mission Association – Charitable-Voluntry Center “Solidarni” available under: https://solidarni.sma.pl/Tangahouse.org
  2. For the needs of the T&C, phrases used have given meaning:
    • “Terms and Conditions” (T&C) – this T&C of providing electronic service together with attachments:
    • Attachment No. 1 – Privacy Policy
    • “Service” – informatory webservice lead by the Service Provider under addresses stated in 1.1.
    • “Services” – all services provided by the Service Provider in frames of Service for the Users
    • Service Provider – Society of African Missions

    • “User” – each person using the Service

§2

Technical conditions for Service provision

 According to Service type, using the Service requires:

  • In frames of passive Service browsing – web browser: Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox 3.0 or other with similar settings
  • For some of the Services stated in Terms and Conditions – email address is required
  • For ease of access of some of the Services stated in Terms and Conditions – “cookies” should be enabled.

§3

User

Only a natural person can be users of the Service, with the condition of using the Service other than in 4.1. And 4.2. It is required to have full legal rights or acceptance of legal guardians.

§4

Services

  1. With this Service, the Service Provider provides such Services:
    • Informatory on scope of Service Provider activity
    • Possibility of downloading informatory content of Service Provider activity
    • Newsletter
    • Electronic enrolment for Events (training, workshops, courses, conferences, congress).
    • Donations through DotPay and PayPal.
  2. Using of Services is free of charge

§5

Newsletter

  1. The Service Provider allows Users to signing to their (Service Provider) newsletter
  2. Newsletter of the Service Provider as in 5.1. Describes Service Provider’s statuses activity as an Organisation, most of all organised events, projects and initatives.
  3. Enabling Newsletter Service is launched after placing User’s email address and accepting receiving of the newsletter.
  4. User may disable newsletter service anytime (unsubscribe) through clicking on a given link in the newsletter content, or by sending such request to the email address as stated in §1, 2.5), or by traditional mail.
